Long-term, or chronic inflammation, can be triggered by several factors including dietary lifestyle. The workshop will discuss how we can use foods and appropriate supplementation to decrease inflammatory consequences associated with common health issues such as digestion, skin disorders, joint pain, and type 2 diabetes.
Join Registered Dietitian, Heather Borders, and Physical Therapist, Dr. Joanna Frantz to learn how to incorporate more foods that help decrease pain, move easier, and feel better.
